for some reason, easton has cried whenever we mention putting his boots on to play outside. after school today, i put them on and ran outside with him before he could throw a fit. turns out, they aren’t that bad after all!

everyday they end by reading. and tonight both my girls wandered into my room to chat about their day and ask for advice. i feel so grateful that they come to me with anything and everything. it has to be one of the best rewards of being a mom.

ten is great. had to delay our friend celebration, but so worth it. we jumped and jumped and jumped! and then went out for chinese per ellas request. and as we drove home in the blizzard I couldn’t pass up the chance to get the girls in the element.
