a few weeks back, we surprised the kids with a trip over spring break.  we literally decided to go monday, booked, and left on tuesday.  not your traditional way to plan a getaway, but sometimes the unexpected, last minute decisions are the best!  and this definitely was an awesome trip!

so many new things for these 2 to experience, i honestly was not mentally prepared the ALL the questions!  security, baggage claim, gates, tickets, sounds on the flight, turbulence, tiny bathrooms, etc. were all discussed!  and that is just to name a few!

some highlights were getting to meet up with taylor (she was down with a friend), gatorland, kids saying ‘i think i have home sick!’, ‘this was the best week of my life’ and ‘the best part of the flight was getting the drinks and snacks!’, the sunset as we landed, catching up with old friends, the rainbow ring around the sun, ella’s love for the goats and baby cow, late night swimming and snacks for dinner, buzzing through hollywood studios, magic kingdom + epcot in a matter of hours, getting caught in a storm and riding ‘people mover’ 5 times over, and the kids excitement over the bus, boat and monorail!  and i loved the monster inc show!

we had a fabulous time.  i can’t wait to go back next time but just lay in the sun for days!!  xo
