my start of 2019 started with 16 day trip to costa rican to obtain my yoga certification. it was intense but incredible. i am still processing the whole experience because it was more than just a yoga school, it was a life school! here are some of the pictures i snapped with my phone since i didn’t have much time to get much more than that!

ella turns 15!!

unfortunately i couldn’t celebrate with her due to my trip, but i got to chat with her before & after school. she is one amazing young lady that i feel especially honored to be her mom. i am so proud of you ella ❤️
